Welcome to Talenzy (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Talenzy is a digital platform operated from Spain, designed to connect creators and clients through content sharing, communication, and paid services.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements. When registering, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason required by law.

4. Platform Description

Talenzy allows users to create profiles, upload content, communicate, receive gifts, and offer paid services. Talenzy acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections between creators and clients.

5–6. Payments, Earnings, Commissions & Withdrawals

Payments are processed via third-party providers. Talenzy applies a transparent platform commission, clearly shown before any transaction confirmation. There are no hidden fees. No income or earnings are guaranteed.

Withdrawals are subject to platform rules and limitations imposed by payment providers. Delays may occur due to factors outside Talenzy’s control. Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.

7. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you upload. By posting content on Talenzy, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in illegal activities, post illegal or abusive content, commit fraud, circumvent platform fees, harass others, or violate intellectual property rights.
